Placing images, words and affirmations on your board that represent your dreams

Amy has been practicing yoga for over three decades. She has been a Usui Reiki Master for eight years, and has combined it with sacred geometry to create her own method of healing called Golden Grid Healing.

INSTRUCTOR: Juan Jose Reyes M.D. is the founder of Mindstay, a company that provides mindfulness programs to health and wellness professionals. Juan is a Board Certified physician and is currently pursuing a Masters in Integrative Medicine at George Washington University. He is a qualified Mindfulness Instructor and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher by the UCSD Mindfulness Professional Training Institute and by the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness in Healthcare, Medicine and Society founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn. He started his own journey with meditation in 2006 after completing a ten-day Vipassana retreat with the teachings of SN Goenka and has been practicing meditation daily for the last 11 years.
