Heart & Soul Yoga and Wellness joined Energy Forces with JWolfPax and Team for an amazing 3 hour event on November 15th. Yoga, Breath Work, Compression and Contrast Therapy, with a Hot Sauna Built into the 24 foot Trailer (parked behind the Studio), and the Cold Plunge.
