  • Automatically deduct for each class booked from your packages

Install and Setup

  • If you have already registered online, you may use the same Login that you created on the web in the scheduling system (as.me). Press the Account Person Icon in the lower right side and select Login. Enter your email address and password.

  • Otherwise, Create a new account: Press the Account Person Icon in the lower right side and select Create Account. Enter your email address and new strong password

  • Select the Home Page Icon to add a the Heart & Soul Wellness Center business. Press the + sign at the top right. Please type this exactly. heartsoulwellnesscenter.as.me then enter

  • You are now ready to buy classes and packages, as well as book your sessions online and pay. Just select the Business Heart & Soul Wellness Center and it will function the same as the website

All functionality, like Buying a Class or Package, is the same in the Acuity Scheduling App for the Client, as it is on the Website  heartsoulwellnesscenter.as.me. You may continue to use our website to connect to the store, and manage all bookings online. The Website may offer additional payment options and can store your payment details (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stored Credit Cards)

BUY A CLASS OR PACKAGE

  • Login: Press the Account Person Icon in the lower right side and select Login. Enter your email address and password.

  • Select the Home Page Icon and select Heart & Soul Wellness Center Business.

  • View Products/Packages to buy a single class or a discounted class package (5, 10, 20 or Unlimited)

  • Once you have completed your selection(s), review your order. You may use an additional Coupon Code: enter the code (both upper or lowercase works), and press APPLY.

  • If you wish to cancel before buying and select another class/package, you can REMOVE the selection(s) to empty your cart (click the back arrow to select a new option to add to your cart).

  • Continue to Payment

  • Enter your details and Pay

BOOK A CLASS

  • Login: Press the Account Person Icon in the lower right side and select Login. Enter your email address and password.

  • Select the Home Page Icon and select Heart & Soul Wellness Center Business.

  • Find your next class and press BOOK

  • A calendar of available days and times will appear. Select your date  and then press the available time to Select and Continue from the Drop Down menu

  • You may select reserve without paying (Pay In-Person at the Studio) or select Continue to Payment

  • Enter your details and Pay
