Grief is a natural part of life. And yet it remains one of the least understood experiences we will ever go through. Join grief guide and educator Bethany Frankel for an honest, soulful conversation that shines a light on what we most need to hear about loss, about love, and the wisdom of the heart.
This conversation is for you if:
You are carrying any kind of loss: the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a life transition, or something from long ago
You love someone who is grieving and don't know how to help
You want to feel lighter and more at peace with what you're carrying
You'll come away with:
Discoveries that gently shift how you understand and relate to grief
Meaningful ways to support someone you love who is grieving
The quiet certainty that there is a way through
You are welcome to simply listen. Bring your presence and that is enough.
Free.
You are also invited to make a donation to Equine-Assisted Therapies of South Florida, a local organization that uses the healing power of horses to transform the lives of children and adults with special needs. equineatsf.org
